Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Systems Support Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support, with a focus on endpoint system administration, troubleshooting, and client interaction. As an IT Systems Support Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our clients' IT systems and providing exceptional technical support.

Responsibilities:

• Remote and Onsite Deployment and Repairs: Configure and provision branch IT systems and endpoints. Travel to remote sites for repairs, deployment and inventory of these systems.
• System Administration: Manage and maintain client IT systems, including endpoints, networks and infrastructure components.
• Technical Support: Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and effective technical support to resolve issues and ensure system functionality.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to identify and implement solutions.
• Installation and Configuration: Install, configure, and upgrade IT systems and applications as needed.
• Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect client systems from potential threats and vulnerabilities.
• Documentation: Create and update documentation for IT systems, configurations, and support procedures.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT professionals and departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach to IT support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's or Associates degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred, but documented experience maintaining and repairing IT systems will also be considered.
• Experience: Proven experience in IT support roles, with a focus on system troubleshooting and repair.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and MacOS operating systems. A working understanding of Linux/Unix systems is helpful, but not necessary.
  • Strong knowledge of network protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Physical
  • Must be able to to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular/occasional basis

Certifications (Preferred):
